Here’s a look at how and why social media has grown explosively – and what you can do to assess social media threats and use these powerful tools to communicate effectively and protect your reputation. Thom Fladung is vice president of Hennes Communications, one of the few firms in the United States focused exclusively on crisis communications and crisis management.
