Overview

Tracy L. Shook is the director of marketing and communications at Lakeland Community College. In her role, she oversees the college’s annual marketing and communications plan, including college-wide advertising, graphics, video production, website administration, social media, and public relations. She also oversees the Lakeland Cable Network, copy center and mailroom.

Prior to Lakeland, Tracy was the marketing communications and promotions manager for publicly held global manufacturer of copper based alloys, Materion Corporation (formerly Brush Wellman Inc.). She also held marketing positions of increasing responsibility at Agilysys Inc. (formerly Pioneer-Standard Electronics, Inc.) and their former subsidiary Supplystream.

Tracy holds a bachelor’s degree in English and communications from John Carroll University. She resides in Mentor with her husband and two children.
