Phil has over 25 years experience as a workplace communication consultant, trainer and executive coach. He has worked with hundreds of corporate and association audiences around the country. They typically include managers, sales professionals, customer service representatives, technology professionals or trainers.

He is on the Cleveland Faculty of University of Phoenix and the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Initiative. A prolific freelance writer, Phil has written over 400 articles on a variety of topics for national and local print and electronic publications. He is an eight-time APEX Award winner for feature writing and a popular professional speaker on workplace communication, networking and marketing.
