If you do not register by the RSVP deadline date and time, you may still attend the monthly meeting at the new rate of $25 members/$30 nonmembers. Kelly Viancourt holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Miami University and a master’s degree in higher education administration from Kent State University. She is an award-winning publication expert and will be sharing with Lake Communicators the ever changing role of print, design and marketing to a new generation. You won’t want to miss this one!
Viancourt has worked in higher-ed communications for 25 years and currently leads the publications team at Oberlin College. There, she oversees the writing, editing and design of nearly 300 print pieces each year, including magazines for the college and its conservatory of music and publications for admissions, development, academic departments and more. Oberlin’s admissions viewbook and related pieces earned a Grand Gold Award from the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) in 2015. The Oberlin Alumni Magazine and other publications have earned dozens of awards from CASE, the University and College Designers Association (UCDA), and the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA).
