We’ve all heard the usual email rules many times: ALL CAPS MEANS YOU’RE YELLING AT ME! REPLY ALL should only be used when ALL actually need to know! It’s important to edit and proof your messages before sending!

But has email etiquette changed or become more sophisticated, to help us stand out in today’s tsunami of digital messaging? We thought it was time for a review of the latest tips, rules and manners, to help keep us communicators at the top of our email game.

  • When: Wednesday, January 11 from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.. Networking starts at 11:45; lunch and program are from 12 noon to 1 p.m. Please register for this event by Friday, January 6 at 5 p.m.
  • Where: Holiday Inn at Rt. 306 (7701 Reynolds Rd)
Mentor, Ohio (note: this is NOT LaMalfa Center)
