Kristin Conteen, Marketing & Community Relations with Component Repair Technologies
Kristin is the Marketing & Community Relations Specialist at Component Repair Technologies, focused on recruitment and retention marketing with a focus on community relations, candidate pipeline development, and internal communications. She is responsible for developing strategies, planning and managing the media buy, creating compelling written content and designing visual collateral, engaging on social media, and attending or hosting events to meet the best and brightest candidates in Northeast Ohio.
Prior to working at CRT, Kristin worked in B2B Advertising partnering with clients like Sherwin-Williams, Pella Windows, American Standard, SharkBite, and StreamLabs to brand, launch, and promote products to industry buyers and influencers.
