Don’t miss this fun event that caps off the year with a cheery nod to the season. Note that it’s in the early evening – 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. – rather than our usual monthly luncheon.
Enjoy hors d’oeuvres, soft drinks, and a cash bar. Please bring a door prize from your company if you have one to offer. We would appreciate it very much!
The highlight of the evening will be a White Elephant Gift Exchange. Here’s how it works. You bring something from your home (do not purchase anything) that you:
- don’t want
- don’t need, or
- don’t like.
Wrap it up and we will exchange your White Elephant gift. People will have a chance to trade. Items could be useful (a set of wine glasses you don’t use) or funny (a hideous wreath that your Aunt Sara made). This gift exchange is always hilarious.
Make reservations online ($15) for the holiday party by 5 pm, Monday, December 8. Questions? Contact Shirley Wolfe, Shirley@shirleywolfe.com. PayPal is not required to make a payment for a reservation. Dino’s Restaurant is located at 4145 SR 306, Willoughby, Ohio (just off I-90).
Please note: this event is for members and spouses/significant others only.
While you’re in the partyin’ mood, plan to attend the Holiday Soiree in downtown Willoughby this Friday, December 5 from 6 to 9 p.m. Presented by LakeComm member Blackbird Interactive, Blue Envelope Boutique and Edge Hair Studio, the open house offers food and spirits, pop-up shops, raffles and prizes, and a charity drive for Willoughby kids. Check those companies’ Facebook pages for more information.
