With a background in both engineering and art, Walker has designed more than 150 business Web sites. Some of her work is available online at www.lakenetwork.net.

Green and Freeman are also affiliated with the Lake County Business Journal, whose Web site Lakenetwork recently redesigned at www.lakebusinessjournal.com.

They bring their writing and marketing expertise to Lakenetwork, which was founded in May 2005.

Hope to see you all there. Reservations are required by Friday, Jan. 6 by calling Diana Lewis at 440-255-8932 or e-mailing Shirley Wolfe at wolfeshirley@yahoo.com.

Holiday event recap

Holiday after-hours even attendees rewarded
Lake Communicators members fought off the frigid temperatures at the holiday party at The Cabin on Lakeshore Boulevard in Willowick.
Attendees kept the winter chill at bay, spending the evening near the fireplace eating hot, delicious appetizers, including spicy shrimp cocktail, and basking in the warm company of fellow members.

Everyone received a gift passed out by Santa and his helper, aka Dick Fraser and Diana Lewis. Gifts ranged from a four-pack of tickets for box seats at an Indians baseball game to perfume or exclusive sets of 30th anniversary Laketran glasses.

Those who attended had a great time, and enjoyed great food and conversation, as well as a an opportunity to network in a relaxed atmosphere.

Fun with Dick & Diana Diana Lewis and Dick Fraser pass out gifts to everyone who attended the holiday after-hours event.
